Our bus was quite spacious!
The guesthouse in which we stayed Monday night. It was great fun to wake up the next morning and see green grass, mountains, and beautiful South American architecture.
We left at 8:36 on Tuesday morning, and enjoyed a beautiful ride through the Andes to Riobamba. We arrived at The Ark at about 1:15 pm.
Driving through the city of Quito was a good introduction to the culture. Our bus driver did acknowledge stop signs and the traffic was well organized.
